Slalom

Drops has a long tradition in slalom boards and, for this reason, wanted to represent, with the Kranz range (means ‘crown’ in Deutsch), its peak of development.
The Kranz range has been studied in every detail, as well as a shape line designed and developed independently according to the range of any particular use and not realized in scale, taking every possible trick to reach the best performances. Firstly, the weight has been reduced thanks to a very innovative design which has been realized in a single mold which, in addition to reduce the weight of the reinforcement of the joint areas of the shells also allows a more rigid board. The finish is custom and the construction is full carbon.
Every detail has been studied maniacally. Even the graphics were made with paint masks to save 300 grams of weight of stickers.
The big news in 2011 is a formula board which has this construction technology and has solutions in the hull that makes it the board to beat in the Formula class.
